Terms and Conditions

Shipping:

1. Changes to your order: Once your order is shipped we cannot modify it. This means, we cannot change the delivery address, shipping method or item(s) within the order.


2. Verify your shipping address: Please verify your shipping address is correct prior to completing check out. We do not replace or refund orders that are unable to be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


3. Lost, stolen or missing packages: Once your order is shipped, we no longer have control over the delivery. If you believe your package is lost, stolen or missing we recommend opening a claim with the shipping courier.


4. Refunds: We do not issue refunds to orders that are scanned as "Delivered". If your tracking is showing your package was delivered but you have not received it, we suggest contacting your local post office and opening a claim.


5. Tracking numbers: Tracking numbers can be found within your shipping confirmation email which is sent to the email address used to place the order. Tracking numbers may take up to 48 hours to validate.

6. Returns: Please note we only process and refund orders for items which are completely untampered with. The item should be in its original condition and packaging it was shipped in. Please return the item within 14 working days or your refund will not be processed. 


6. Return shipping cost: In the event of a return, we do not cover return shipping costs. The cost of return will be deducted from your refund. 


7. Our fulfillment centers: Orders may ship from our domestic fulfillment center or from our international shipping facility depending on current stock availability.


8. Shipping fees: Shipping costs vary according to the destination of arrival.
